Who we are. AIRECRUITERS W.L.L, CR No. 187676-1, Flat 5124, Building 2004, Road 1527, Block 115, Hidd, Kingdom of Bahrain ("we", "us").

1. Digital services. All of our programmes, courses, and products are delivered digitally. Because access to training materials, tools, templates, coaching, and our client community is granted immediately or shortly after purchase, our services are treated as consumed once access is granted.

2. Before access is granted. If you cancel your purchase before we have granted you access to the programme, materials, or community, we will refund the amount paid, less any transaction fees we cannot recover.

3. After access is granted. All fees (including onboarding fees and subscription payments) are non-refundable once access to the programme, training materials, tools, or community has been granted, regardless of the level of usage or engagement. This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable law that cannot be excluded.

4. Duplicate or erroneous transactions. If you are charged twice for the same purchase, or charged in error, contact us at mohammed (at) airecruiteros (dot) com and we will refund the duplicate or erroneous amount in full.

5. How refunds are processed. Approved refunds are made only to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer.

6. Subscriptions. Cancelling a subscription stops future billing in accordance with your agreed minimum term; it does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid.

7. Discretionary gestures. Any waiver, reduction, or goodwill gesture we offer is discretionary, applies once only, and does not create an entitlement to any refund or future waiver.
