We process personal data in accordance with the Kingdom of Bahrain Personal Data Protection Law No. 30 of 2018 (the "PDPL").

ii. Transaction data: details of programmes or products you purchase, amounts, and dates. We do not store your full card details — payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Tap Payments, which handles card data in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.

iii. Programme data: information you share during coaching sessions, in our client community, and in feedback forms; recordings of coaching calls.

iv. Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and website usage data collected via cookies and similar technologies.

2. Why we process it (purposes and legal basis)

We process personal data: to respond to enquiries and provide our services under our contract with you; to take payment and maintain accounting records as required by law; to deliver, improve, and personalise our programmes; to send service communications; to send marketing communications where you have consented (you may withdraw consent at any time); and to protect our legal rights.

3. Who we share it with

We share personal data only as needed with: our payment provider (Tap Payments) to process transactions; the platforms we use to deliver services (e.g. learning, community, scheduling, video-call, and email platforms); professional advisers (accountants, lawyers) under confidentiality; and public authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal data.

4. International transfers

Some of our service providers are located outside the Kingdom of Bahrain. Where personal data is transferred outside Bahrain, we do so in accordance with the PDPL, transferring either to jurisdictions approved by the Personal Data Protection Authority or with appropriate safeguards or your consent.

5. How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above: client records for the duration of your programme and thereafter as required for legal, accounting, and tax purposes; marketing data until you unsubscribe; and technical data for short analytical periods.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted payment processing, access controls, and reputable service providers.

7. Your rights

Under the PDPL you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; object to or withdraw consent for direct marketing at any time; request erasure or blocking of data processed in breach of the law; and object to processing that causes you unjustified harm.
